Steps necessary to use the "Rebuild" command to repair your email account on the server.
Select the "Rebuild" Command from the Mailbox Menu
1. With your Inbox selected, go to the Mailbox Menu, click and choose "Rebuild". This will immediately begin the process of rebuilding you mailbox on the server. 2. You will see the "spinning gear" in place of the Unread Message Count, and then the circular progress indicator. The rebuild is complete once the progress circle completely fills.
